Hoosier Heartland State Bank is pleased to announce that account specialist Heather Hites has joined the virtual branch team.
Hites has been an employee-owner of HHSB for four years and has 20 years of experience in customer service. She worked as an account specialist at Crawfordsville South prior to her transition to the virtual branch. The vrtual branch is now equipped with three universal bankers, who can assist customers in opening accounts, cashing checks, applying for loans and more.
“We are thrilled to add Heather to the virtual branch team,” said Liz Stokes, assistant manager of the virtual branch. “Heather is outgoing, experienced, and full of charisma! She will be a great asset to our team.”
Hites graduated from Crawfordsville High School and has lived in Montgomery County her entire life. She has been married to her husband Mike for 18 years, and has three children, Savannah, Garrison and Braedon, along with their dog Gus. She enjoys spending time with her family, her church family where she likes to serve, walking her dog and reading.
