Hoosier Heartland State Bank is proud to announce that Nikki Keller has been promoted to assistant vice president of operations.
“Nikki’s experience and knowledge as operations manager makes her very deserving of her promotion to assistant vice president of operations,” said Jamie McCumber, vice president of operations. “She brings leadership and value to the department and the bank. I look forward to many more years of working together.”
Keller has been an HHSB employee-owner since 2012, when she was hired as an ag/commercial underwriter assistant. In April 2017, she became the operations manager before being promoted to assistant vice president of operations in February. Nikki oversees the operations department to make sure it functions smoothly and works effectively.
“I am blessed that I get to be a part of HHSB and the impact that we are making,” Keller said. “HHSB is a family that truly cares about its employees, customers and community.”
She and her husband Aaron reside in Crawfordsville with their two sons, Jaron and Griffin.
