Sigma Chapter of Ladoga Tri Kappa met in October for a fine arts program.
President Judy Goshorn called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
Eleanor Brewer reported that a thank you had been sent to Hoosier Heartland State Bank for a recent donation.
Members were reminded that the November meeting has been changed to the 14th. Members will meet at Pizza Hut at 5:30 p.m. for a meal and then go to Christ Lutheran Church from 6:30-8:30 p.m. to make pies for Pam’s Promise, a transitional housing program for homeless women and their children. Reservations for Pizza Hut should be made to Jerilyn Mitchell.
Gifts cards and money were collected for Mountie Mission. The chapter is planning a tour of the facility next February.
Members are to bring gag gifts in December for the Dirty Santa game. Officers will provide refreshments.
The meeting closed and Brewer led the fine arts program with a lesson and display of her and some student artwork. Members created pencil drawings.
