BOYS SOCCER: Athenians fall to Red Devils

GIRLS SOCCER: Athenians fall to Bruins
The Crawfordsville girls’ soccer team fell Tri-West 9-0 on Monday. The Bruins clinched the Sagamore Conference title outright with the win.
VOLLEYBALL: Mustangs win in four sets
The Fountain Central volleyball team defeated Indiana School for the Deaf 3-1 (25-20, 23-25, 25-12, 25-21) on Monday night.
Larissa Bowers led the Mustangs with 16 kills, while Maddie Medley and Chloe Golia each had seven. Marley Massey had 21 digs, while Hayleigh Elkins had 14, and Lillie Fishero had 24 assists, while Trinity Lindquist added 11.
VOLLEYBALL: Chargers down Falcons
The North Montgomery volleyball team defeated North Vermillion (25-20, 22-25, 25-19, 25-6) on Monday night.
Ashlynn Anderson led the Chargers with 18 kills, while Gabby Blankenship and Trinity Schroeder added five each. Mackenzie Shepherd and Haley Burton each added 10 digs, while Madi Welch had 32 assists.
VOLLEYBALL: Mounties sweep Wildcats
The Southmont volleyball team swept South Vermillion 3-0 (25-13, 25-17, 25-20) on Monday night.
Sidney Veatch led the Mounties with 14 assists and 10 kills and seven digs, while Kaley Remley had 10 kills, and Natalie Manion 22 digs. Chelsea Veatch had seven digs, five aces, and eight assists, and four kills.
