Isaac Phipps, 3, has completed 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program at the Crawfordsville District Public Library. He is the son of Adam and Julia Phipps. Issac's favorite book is "Pete the Cat" by James Dean. Mom said, "We love our library! It's so great to get out of the house and read together. Thank you for everything you do!"
