Cassie Miller was named the Parke County Good Citizen at a reception of the Daughters of the American Revolution on Dec. 1 at the county fairgrounds.
She was selected by staff and her peers to represent Parke Heritage High School. She is the daughter of Matt and Melanie Miller of Tangier.
She has been a member of the National Honor Society, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, girls golf, swimming and track.
She plans to attend college to study engineering.
