Donald and Jean Cowan of rural Waynetown, who were married July 15, 1956, at the Wingate United Methodist Church, will celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary with an open house 1-3 p.m. July 18 at the Waynetown Christian Church. Family and friends are welcome. The couple requests the omission of gifts.
