Premier Hospitality is excited to announce its latest plan to enhance the hospitality experience in Crawfordsville, Indiana with the construction of a new Fairfield Inn & Suites.

This state-of-the-art hotel will offer well-appointed guest rooms an array of modern amenities to cater to both leisure and business travelers.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites Crawfordsville is not only set to elevate the hospitality landscape in Crawfordsville, but will also have a positive economic impact. The project is expected to create 22 new jobs and has an estimated project cost of $16.4 million. Additionally, the hotel will offer Marriott Rewards members the opportunity to earn points toward free hotel nights, further enhancing its appeal to travelers.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites Crawfordsville will be strategically located between the Crawfordsville Commerce park on Phil Ward Boulevard and neighboring hotels. The facility will have 100 suites spread across approximately 64,000 square feet. Each guest room will feature a microwave, mini refrigerator, a flat-screen TV and complimentary high-speed internet to ensure a comfortable stay for every guest.

One of the highlights of the hotel will be its sleek lobby, designed to offer flexible space for working and dining. Guests will also enjoy a complimentary breakfast buffet, fitness center, seasonal outdoor pool, patio, and a 24-hour market for snacks and convenience items.

“We are thrilled to announce our investment in Crawfordsville, Indiana, with the construction of a state-of-the-art hotel,” said Rocky Singh, owner of Premier Hospitality. “This marks a significant milestone in our commitment to enhancing the local community and providing exceptional hospitality experiences. We believe Crawfordsville’s vibrant economy and welcoming atmosphere make it the perfect location for our newest venture. We look forward to contributing to the growth and prosperity of this wonderful city.”

Construction of the new hotel is scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of this year and is estimated to take approximately 16 months to complete.

“We are excited that Premier Hospitality has chosen to invest in Crawfordsville,” said Crawfordsville Mayor Todd Barton. “Their proposed facility will further expand the hospitality options that have become so important to our growing community,” Barton said. “We look forward to building a partnership that ensures the success of their project, while enhancing our capacity to serve those who visit Crawfordsville for business or pleasure.”

Subject to normal due diligence and local approvals as part of the decision-making process, Premier Hospitality will seek tax incentives from the City of Crawfordsville. If approved, this project will round out the completion of the Crawfordsville Commerce Park.
