Patsy Jane (Sosbe) Kiger, 58, of Kingman passed away Thursday, March 28, 2024, at home, while surrounded by her loving family.
She was born Dec. 11, 1965, at Greencastle, to the late Donald and Barbara Helen (Pipher) Sosbe.
She attended Covington High School and on Oct. 16, 1983 she married the love of her life, Melvin German Kiger. He preceded her in death Aug. 5, 2019.
She was a loving mother and homemaker. She enjoyed drinking coffee, going on walks, loved to give hugs, was a huge Steven Tyler fan and loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by daughter Amber (Christopher) Schanlaub; three grandchildren, Kaydyn and Hayley Kiger and Preston Schanlaub; great-grandson Holdyn; brother Donald Sosbe II; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Melvin; son Jeremy Kiger; and sister Barbara Zakutney.
Visitation will be at Sanders Funeral Care, 203 S. First St., Kingman, on Thursday, April 4 from 11 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1 p.m. Pastor Dusty Woodrow will officiate. Burial will follow at Coal Creek Cemetery.
