Committee reports were presented. Plans are being made for our Everyone Reads in Montgomery County on March 18. Elementary children in our public schools will receive information about this fun event around the first week of March. Please bring your family anytime between 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. to the Crawfordsville District Public Library. This event will be a celebration of books and spring. Children will choose a book to take home thanks to ourwonderful community donor, Penguin Random House.

Plans are complete for the spring geranium sale. Geraniums will be sold until April 3 and delivered in late April. Our chapter is greatly appreciative of our patrons and alumni that supports our projects. Through our fall campaign, more than $2,500 was donated to the Summer Speech Clinic and local projects for children in our community.

The Elizabeth Backe Scholarship Fund received more than $450 in the campaign that will be added to our chapter donation to the speech and hearing scholarship at Purdue University.

Two delegates and members will be attending the Indiana state meeting April 22.
