ROACHDALE — The 10th annual Roachdale Rib & Blues Festival will take place noon to 8 p.m. Saturday.
Available at the festival will be ribs and other foods, retail vendors, beer and wine garden, and live music all day. Kicking of the performances on stage beginning at 1:30 p.m., are the Fret Set, Black Market Vinyl, Mona & The Hitchhikers and headliner Jennie DeVoe at 6 p.m.
Food vendors include Wally’s BBQ, Double D’s Southern BBQ, Podium BBQ, E&M Hot Diggity Dog, Don Julio Mexican Restaurant, Off the Rails Catering (ribeye sandwiches), That Good Kettle Korn and Delta Theta Tau (soups, desserts, soda and water).
“We are very thankful for the support of local sponsors and attendees that have helped us make this event free to the public for 10 years,” said Joe Buser, president of the Roachdale Revitalizaion Cooperative Alliance.
