The Crawfordsville/Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting for the Allen Monument Company and Pet Crematory on Tuesday at their recently added crematorium. The business has operated locally for more than 30 years, including giving back to the community by restoring historical grave sites and obelisks, along with building monuments at the Veteran’s Memorial Park. The ribbon cutting was in celebration of their recent addition, a pet crematory, offering families sentimental options for their pets that have passed. The business is located at 212 Hamilton St.
