Sigma Chapter of Kappa Kappa Kappa Inc. met Oct. 20 at 7:30 p.m. in the home of Judy Goshorn for the annual corporation meeting. The members of the board of directors are Judy Goshorn, president; Sarah Hough, vice president; Dixie Ruggles, secretary; Tonya Trinkle, treasurer; Eleanor Brewer, corresponding secretary.
President Judy Goshorn called the meeting to order. The minutes from the September meeting were approved and a treasurer’s report read.
A thank you note was read from Achaius Ranch for a recent donation. The ice cream remaining from the sale at New Ross was purchased by a member and donated to her church.
The Nov. 17 meeting is mandatory. Officers will meet with Province V officer at 4:30 p.m. for chapter review and then meet at the New Ross Steak House at 6 p.m. for dinner. Members are welcome to eat with the officers at 6 p.m. The business meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. at Sarah Hough’s home.
There will be no meeting in December. In January, the group will meet via Zoom. On Jan. 5, the group get together for board games and snacks. Members may invite friends and inactives. Place is to be determined.
