Ricky Springer will celebrate 45 years of service at Lakeside Book Company on June 18. He started as a material handler, became as a hoist operator in the bindery, and transitioned to the receiving team. Presently, he’s the expert in shipping and receiving operations.
Outside of work, Springer enjoys relaxing with his wife, Judy. Together, they raised two children, Miecho and Brandon, and now take delight in being grandparents to Dre and Jaala.
When he’s off the clock, Springer can be found fishing or indulging in woodworking projects in his creative sanctuary.
