Tessa ranked seventh in closed units and sixth in closed sales volume.The Rising Stars rankings are based on closed production during each agent’s first 365 days with F.C. Tucker, beginning on the date they sign their independent contractor agreement. The August 2026 list includes agents whose first-year anniversaries fall in 2026.

Cale grew up around the real estate business, riding along to showings and watching his parents, Chad and Julie Hess, work with clients throughout West Central Indiana. Born and raised in Montgomery County, he graduated from Indiana State University with a degree in Management and Marketing and a concentration in Sales and Negotiations. His education, sales background and lifelong exposure to residential and agricultural real estate shape his approach to listening to clients’ goals and helping them make confident decisions. Cale is continuing his family’s tradition of dependable, down-to-earth service while building his own path in the industry. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, getting outdoors and following sports, including Wabash College athletics and Notre Dame football.

For Tessa, an interest in homes began while growing up in Montgomery County, where her father owns a construction business. That early exposure gave her an appreciation for craftsmanship, home design and the process of helping families find the right place to call home. Before earning her real estate license, she spent two years working as an unlicensed assistant in the F.C. Tucker West Central office. The experience helped her understand the details of a real estate transaction and inspired her to pursue the
profession full time. Today, she combines her local knowledge and familiarity with construction with a commitment to clear communication and thoughtful guidance, helping clients feel supported throughout the buying and selling process.
