The annual Veterans Day ceremony the Marie Canine Plaza begins Wednesday with the playing of the National Anthem. Dozens of veterans, citizens and city officials visited the plaza to show admiration, respect and gratitude to all military personnel who have given their lives preserving freedom in the United States. The ceremony began at 11 a.m. and featured speeches, an Honor Guard ceremony, Taps and more.
