Hoosier Heartland State Bank is pleased to announce that Janelle Waye was promoted to consumer loan processor.
Waye is responsible for processing and creating documents for consumer and home equity loan requests and checking ag and commercial requests.
“Janelle has become an integral part of our underwriting department and has already improved much needed processes,” said Tammy Harshbarger, vice president of ag/commercial lending. “She is an overachiever and uses her technological and thinking skills in helping other team members. We couldn’t be happier to have her join our underwriting team.”
Waye has been an HHSB employee-owner since 2013. She worked as a head teller before transitioning to the underwriting department in July 2019. She is an Indiana Bankers Association Certified Teller, earning re-certification last fall. Waye is a graduate of Crawfordsville High School and currently resides in Ladoga.
