Hoosier Heartland State Bank is proud to recognize area manager Sandy Webb for 25 years at the bank.

Webb began her career at HHSB as a frontline teller, assisting customers with transactions and other banking needs. She was the branch manager at the Roachdale and Ladoga locations prior to transitioning to branch manager of Crawfordsville East in June 2018. This past December, she was named area manager, where she oversees Crawfordsville East, Linden, Roachdale and Ladoga, along with the virtual branch.

“Sandy has been a great team player for HHSB over the years,” said Brad Monts, president and CEO of HHSB. “She has a commitment to our customers that has truly added value to their relationship with HHSB and has that same dedication to our team members. She goes above and beyond to make them part of our HHSB Family. She is truly one of kind.”

Webb enjoys being active in the community. She has served on the Mountie Mission Board of Directors for 13 years and is the first and only HHSB employee to have won each category (Mission Award, Vision Award and Values Award) at HHSB’s annual Shared Values Awards.

She was raised in Roachdale and graduated from North Putnam High School. She currently resides in Ladoga with her husband of 33 years, Dave. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, entertaining in her home, cooking and shopping.
