Carolyn (Foxworthy) Winger, 87, of Crawfordsville passed away Friday, Dec. 3, 2021, at home.
She was born March 23, 1934, at Hillsboro, to the late Homer and Frances (Allen) Foxworthy.
Carolyn graduated from Hillsboro High school in 1951 and married Dorman Winger on April 27, 1952. They were coming up on 70 years of marriage. They had three daughters, Dorma Lee, Starla Jo and Tonya Kay. They also have five grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
She served in many churches as piano player and music director along with her husband in Indiana and Florida. She was an avid quilter and seamstress.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother Homer Jr.; two daughters; and her beloved husband, Dorman Winger.
Per her request, cremation was chosen with no services. Sanders Shoemaker Funeral Care in Waynetown entrusted with care.
