Sara Chapman, assistant branch manager, is celebrating five years with Hoosier Heartland State Bank.
Chapman joined HHSB as a customer service representative in 2020, bringing more than a decade of banking experience to the team. In August, she was promoted to assistant branch manager, where she oversees daily operations, manages schedules and assists customers with their banking needs.
“Sara has been a steady part of our HHSB team for five years now. She’s dependable, hardworking, and always makes sure people feel cared for — whether it’s a teammate or a customer,” said Cody Hargis, assistant vice president of retail. “We’re lucky to have her on our team.”
Chapman lives in Crawfordsville with her husband, Tristen, and their three children. She has been a Crawfordsville Clovers 4-H Club Leader for eight years, as well as auction committee chair for the Montgomery County 4-H Inc. Board for three years.
