Addison Charles spoke last week at the Crawfordsville Rotary Club about her experience at HOBY. HOBY is a leadership training conference sponsored my the club. The concept is to teach high school students leadership skills. Charles said there were three sessions, each building on what was learned from the previous day. The last day was a service event in the community. She said the main thing she learned was, “do not take anything for granted.”
