Dining with the Chefs fundraiser set for Aug. 6

Posted

After two years of virtual or hybrid events, the Dr. Mary Ludwig Montgomery County Free Clinic recently announced this year’s Dining with the Chefs event will take place in person.

The event will take place Aug. 6 at the Allen Center fieldhouse, located on the Wabash College campus.  Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the dinner begins at 6:30 p.m.

Dining with the Chefs offers a night of delicious food, informative cooking demonstrations and good fellowship. Specific wines are paired with each course and other beverages are available.

Chefs Rick Warner, a Professor of History at Wabash College and a professional chef in an earlier life; Lali Hess, owner of Juniper Spoon catering; Jason Anderson, Executive Chef at Bon Apetit; and Martin Gorham, Executive Sous Chef at Bon Apetit, have crafted a unique menu and will give live demonstrations showing how to prepare several of the featured items.

Tickets for the event are $85, or save with a table of eight for just $640.
