Two F.C. Tucker West Central real estate professionals have earned the office’s top honors for August. Tessa Surber was named listing leader, while Steve Collisi was recognized as sales leader for the month.
Real estate has always played a meaningful role in Surber’s life. Growing up with a father who owns a construction business in Montgomery County, she developed an early appreciation for craftsmanship, home design and the process of helping families find the right place to call home.
Before earning her real estate license, Surber spent two years working as an unlicensed assistant in the F.C. Tucker West Central office. During that time, she discovered her passion for guiding people through one of life’s most important decisions. That experience, combined with her lifelong connection to the area, inspired her to pursue a full-time career in real estate.

Collisi proudly serves clients throughout Parke, Putnam and Montgomery counties. Before entering real estate, he owned and operated his own business for more than 33 years and also served as a police officer. Those experiences shaped the strong work ethic, attention to detail and commitment to serving others that he brings to every transaction.
Collisi is an active member of the Parke County Property Tax Assessment Board of Appeals and the Rockville Rotary Club, where he contributes his time and leadership to the community. Known for his integrity, professionalism and ability to build lasting relationships, he takes pride in understanding his clients’ goals and guiding them through important real estate decisions with care and expertise.
Collisi lives in Marshall with his wife, Leanna, and enjoys spending time with his family when he is not working with clients.
