Hoosier Heartland State Bank is proud to recognize three employees who were recently promoted to account specialists. Marj Froedge, Faye Cooksey and Brieana Pickett are the second group of Universal Bankers at the bank. HHSB will now have at least one universal banker at each of their seven branches.

“The account specialist role is just one way HHSB is adapting to better meet our customers’ needs,” said Cody Hargis, manager of retail sales. “Customers visit a branch when they need to open an account, cash a check, apply for a loan or get help resolving a problem. Our Account Specialists will be able to help in all of these areas and more.”

• Froedge is an account specialist at the New Ross branch, where she has been an HHSB owner and CSR for 18 years. She is a life-long resident of New Ross, and enjoys assisting the community with the Memorial Day service each year. She and her husband Dan have two daughters and seven grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with family, working in the yard, gardening, quilting and horseback riding.

• Cooksey is an account specialist at the New Ross branch. She has been an HHSB owner and CSR for 14 years. “I enjoy working for HHSB and what we do for our community,” she said. “HHSB is family focused and here to help everyone as much as we can.” Cooksey has been a member of the New Ross community for 25 years. She and her husband have two children and six grandchildren. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with family, quilting and gardening.

• Pickett is an account specialist at the Crawfordsville East branch. She has been an HHSB owner since January 2019. Along with an associate degree in business management and accounting, she has four years of prior banking experience. She resides in Mace with her husband Brody and their two daughters. She enjoys spending time with family, camping, boating and working in the flower garden.
