HHSB promotes Chapman, Dillon

Posted

Hoosier Heartland State Bank is proud to recognize Sara Chapman and Kirstin Dillon for their promotion to account specialists. They completed consumer lending training in July to become the newest universal bankers at HHSB.

“The account specialist role is just one way HHSB has adapted to meet our customers’ needs,” said Cody Hargis, AVP of Retail Services. “Customers visit a branch when they need to open an account, cash a check, apply for a loan or get help resolving a problem. Our universal bankers will be able to help in all of these areas and more.”

Chapman is an account specialist at the Roachdale branch. She joined the HHSB team in September 2020 and has more than nine years of banking experience.

“Sara has worked really hard for this promotion and hit the ground running since completing training,” said Haleigh Holland, Assistant Branch Manager at Roachdale. “I’m excited to see her grow with HHSB.”

Chapman graduated from Southmont High School and received her associate degree in accounting from Harrison College. She currently resides in Crawfordsville with her husband Tristen and their three children. She leads a Montgomery County 4-H club and enjoys seeing kids learn and grow up within the community.

Dillon is an account specialist at the Crawfordsville East branch. She joined the HHSB team as a floating CSR in June 2020.

“Kirstin goes above and beyond for not only our customers but our team,” said Hannah Olin, Assistant Branch Manager at Crawfordsville East. “She has worked exceptionally hard to get this promotion. I am excited to see her continue to grow with HHSB.”

She lives in Crawfordsville with her husband Tyler, a Marine veteran. Together they have a two-year old son, Milo, and are expecting a baby boy in December. In her spare time, Kirstin loves spending time with family, watching movies, and experiencing new things with her family.
