Kirstin Dillon joined the Hoosier Heartland State Bank team as a floating customer service representative in June, where she is responsible for processing transactions and assisting customers with their banking needs.
“Kirstin brings a sweet disposition, great customer service skills and an eagerness to learn to HHSB,” said Crawfordsville East Branch Manager Sandy Webb. “Kirstin is a great fit with the mission, vision and values that HHSB has in place.”
“This is my first job in banking. I am eager to learn all the details to become a successful CSR for this amazing business,” Dillon said. “My goal is to become an Account Specialist within time.”
She lives in Crawfordsville with her husband Tyler, a Marine veteran. Together they have a one-year old son, Milo. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family, watching movies and experiencing new things with her son.
