Janice Endicott of Crawfordsville passed away peacefully Saturday morning at Franciscan Health of Lafayette at the age of 81.

Janice was a serious crappie fisherman. She was also a huge sports fan, cheering for Purdue and watching sports of all kinds. She was a very social person that enjoyed the Dry Branch Auxiliary and getting together with her friends. She was a member of the Lake Holiday Ladies Auxiliary and Eagles Auxiliary. She and her husband, Tom, did woodworking and attended Christ Lutheran Church. She worked for many years in real estate and property management.

Born Nov. 13, 1942 she was the daughter of Royce Cleveland and Donna Rex Cleveland. She graduated from Darlington High School in 1960. She married Tom Endicott on June 30, 1962 in Darlington and he passed away March 30, 2020.

Surviving family include: son Jeff Endicott (Terry); daughter, Jacque Hudson (Dave); son, Jody Endicott (Gina); daughter, Jeri Massey (Bob); seven grandchildren, Zach (Hillary), Travis (Kim), J.D., Maggie, Katie, Eyan, Rowan; four great-grandchildren, Ezekiel, Rafe, Elijah, Ainsley.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Tom, two sisters, Sharon Bennett and Rita Lewis, and grandson, Theron.

Visitation will be from 12:00 to 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 21st at Burkhart Funeral Home. Services will begin at 2:30, led by Pastor Kelly Nelson. Interment will follow at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Darlington.
