Kiger joins HHSB as loan officer

Hoosier Heartland State Bank is pleased to announce its recent hire of Jeff Kiger. He joins the HHSB team as a commercial/ag loan officer, where he will be responsible for making and servicing a wide variety of commercial and ag loans for customers in Montgomery, Parke and Putnam counties.

Kiger has been a commercial/ag lender for 10 years, graduated from Western Governors University and completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2017. He is experienced in financing row crop farmers and agribusinesses, as well as commercial businesses.

Kiger resides in Bainbridge with his wife of 26 years and has three grown children. He is actively involved in his community through the following organizations: Bainbridge Town Council (president), Russellville Community Christmas Choir (treasurer), Bainbridge Lions Club (member), Mary Allison Children’s Trust (board member) and Putnam County Community Foundation (board member and chairman of the finance committee). In his spare time, he enjoys fly fishing and a wide range of other outdoor activities.
