The North Montgomery boys’ soccer team fell 4-3 at Sheridan on Tuesday.

The Crawfordsville boys’ tennis team secured three points to beat Danville before lightning ended the match.

Wyatt Motz at No. 2 singles, the duo of Thatcher Gambrel and Ziair Morgan at No. 1 doubles and Thomas Bowling and Jude Hutchison won at No. 2 doubles.

Mounties delayed against Trojans

The Southmont boys’t ennis team was delayed against Covington with the Mounties leading 2-1, including wins at No. 3 singles and No. 2 doubles. Southmont was down 5-4 in the second set at No. 2 singles, while Adam Cox was headed to a third set at No. 1 singles.

Chargers beat Hot Dogs

The North Montgomery boys’ tennis team defeated Frankfort 3-2 on Tuesday.

Will McKinniss won 7-6(2), 4-6, 10(4) in a super tiebreaker at No. 1 singles, while Beckett Martin won 7-5, 6-1 in the No. 3 slot and Haze Kashon and Owen Utterback won 6-4, 6-3 at No. 2 doubles.


Mustangs fall to Wolves

The Fountain Central boys’ tennis team fell to Parke Heritage 4-1 on Tuesday.

Noah Armstrong and Lukas Miller won 6-0, 6-1 at No. 2 doubles.

Mustangs sweep Red Ramblers

The Fountain Central volleyball team swept Attica 3-0 (25-21, 25-18, 25-22) on Tuesday.

Jerzi Hershberger led the Mustangs with 36 digs and six aces, while Lillie Fishero added 22 assists, eight digs, one kill, and three aces, and Chloe Golia had 12 digs and seven kills. Larissa B
