At the December North Central Parke School Board meeting, Mike Neeley was recognized for serving as a board member from April 3, 2017 to Dec. 16. He had previously served four years on the Rockville School Board. He was presented a plaque by school board president Scott Ramsay thanking him for his years of service and dedication to NCP students. A small cake and punch reception was held for him and his family members.
