Patriotic Display

Information about local military veterans is featured in a drive-thru Veterans Day display at North Montgomery Middle School. The display is the same one used for community events in Waynetown. It’s just one way Montgomery County is commemorating the holiday. The county’s annual Veterans Day service is scheduled for 11 a.m. Thursday at Marie Canine Plaza. At that same time in Linden, Marvin Swick plans to walk with an American flag along the streets and invites anyone to join him.
