Robert “Bob” Larry Keller, 77, of Williamsport and formerly of Kingman, passed away Thursday, Nov. 19, 2020, at Williamsport Nursing & Rehabilitation.
He was born Nov. 9, 1943, at Kingman, to the late Harry Robert and Geneva Lois (Crowder) Keller.
Bob attended Kingman High School then proudly joined the United States Army. Throughout the years, Bob was a police officer for Covington Police Department for 10 years, worked security for the Veterans Home in Danville, Illinois, for 20 years and was head of Burns Security in Terre Haute. He enjoyed fishing, shooting and collecting guns, but most of all, loved spending time with his grandchildren. He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge.
He is survived by wife Joanne of Williamsport; several children on both sides; sister Betty Rowings; and many grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a son.
There will be a graveside service at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 24 at Centennial Cemetery on U.S. 41, with Pastor Keith Jones officiating. Sanders Funeral Care entrusted with care.
