Some HHSB branches to close Friday due to staffing issues

Posted

Hoosier Heartland State Bank will temporarily close its branches in Ladoga, Linden and Roachdale on Friday. The decision comes as staffing levels have been affected by growing coronavirus concerns in the community. Ladoga, Linden and Roachdale are tentatively scheduled to reopen on Monday.

“At this time, our top priority is the health and safety of our team members, their families, and our customers,” said Brad Monts, president of HHSB. “With an increase of COVID-19 cases in our communities, many have been affected by third- or second-degree contact, and we are taking every precaution to protect each other and our customers. Sometimes, that creates some staffing issues as we work to shift our team around safely.”

Customers are welcome to visit one of their other locations in New Ross, Crawfordsville South or Crawfordsville East for service. Lobby services were restricted to appointment only in mid-November, but the drive-ups remain open and the Virtual Branch is available by phone, email or online messaging during regular business hours.
