Officer Russ Keller of the Crawfordsville Police Department plays the part of a dangerous criminal Tuesday as K9 Officer Draco pursues his target. A week-long training seminar for K9 officers and their handlers is taking place this week at multiple locations around Crawfordsville. Master trainers and law enforcement officials from around the Midwest are taking part to bestow successful participants with a certification from the North American Police Work Dog Association.
