Joyce Louise Springer, 58, Waynetown, died 10:55 a.m. Tuesday in her home.Mrs. Springer worked as an assembler at Fleetwood Trailers. Her memberships included VFW Post 1431 Ladies Auxilliary.She was born Jan. 23, 1947, at Crawfordsville, to Norris Leon and Leona Mae Morris Springer. She attended Waynetown High School.Survivors include two sons, Scott (Kelly) Dickerson, Waynetown, John Burton Cummins, Jr., Crawfordsville; a daughter, Brenda Jean (Eric) Dickerson Bell, Fayetteville, North Carolina; four brothers, Norris Sonny Springer, Waynetown, Michael Dean Springer, Indianapolis, Jeffery Lee Springer, Crawfordsville, Phillip Wayne Springer, Linden; and six grandchildren.Her parents are deceased.A memorial service is scheduled 12:30 p.m. Saturday at Waynetown Christian Church with Rev. Chris Lawler officiating. Mrs. Springer chose to be cremated. A private commital service for her ashes will be conducted.Mrs. Springer wishes that no flowers be sent to her services but she may be memorialized with donations to The James Whitcomb Riley Memorial Association, 30 S. Meridian St. Suite 200, Indianapolis, IN 46209-6278 or to the St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942
