Hoosier Heartland State Bank is pleased to announce that Sandy Webb has been promoted to area manager. As area manager, Webb will oversee the Crawfordsville East, Linden, Roachdale and Ladoga branches, along with the virtual branch.

“Sandy is an excellent leader and coach. She develops strong relationships with her team and pushes them to excel at their jobs,” said Cody Hargis, retail sales manager. “I am looking forward to seeing the results that Sandy and her team will produce in the coming year.”

Webb has worked for HHSB for 25 years in February. Her first managing position was at the Roachdale branch. She managed both Roachdale and Ladoga, before transitioning to the Crawfordsville East Branch Manager in June 2018. Webb’s goal as the bank’s area manager is to promote growth in each branch and develop future leaders of HHSB, all while continuing to help customers achieve their goals.

“What I love about HHSB is the way it cares for its customers, communities and employees,” Webb said. “Giving back, our Shared Values Awards, etc. … I’m blessed to be a part of a bank that cares this much.”

Webb is exemplary of HHSB’s mission, vision and values; she is the first and only employee to have won each category at HHSB’s annual Shared Values Awards. She is active in the local communities, serving on the Mountie Mission’s board of directors since 2007.
