William A. Rossok, 74, of Waveland passed away Monday, June 7, 2021, at his home.

He was born Sept. 24, 1946, to the late Wilbert A. and Vera Mae (Kersey) Rossok. William graduated from Bainbridge High School in 1964. He married Rhonda Caldwell Rossok on Dec. 20, 2017. He served in the United States Navy as a medic. He was awarded the Purple Heart Medal for his bravery in Vietnam. He retired from RR Donnelley & Sons after 47 years. His memberships included Browns Valley Christian Church and DAV. In 2016, he was nominated and chosen to be a torchbearer for the Indiana Bicentennial. He enjoyed fishing, family, racing, porch dwelling, basketball and reminiscing about his high school days. He loved spending time with his family boating on Raccoon Lake.

William is survived by his wife, Rhonda; son William Shane (Stacey) Rossok; daughter Cheryl Lynn Sizemore; six siblings, Pat (Bob) Rydell, Dean (Sandi) Rossok, Ron (Doris) Rossok, Jim (Pam) Rossok, Mark (Cathy) Rossok and Lori (Steve) Selvia; four grandchildren, Ashley, Hailey, Cheyenne and Megan; three great-grandchildren, Odin, Annalynn and Averly; and one great-granddaughter on the way in November.

William is preceded in death by his parents; brother Gary Rossok; grandson Matt Sizemore; and great-grandbaby Bailey.

Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. Saturday, June 12 at Browns Valley Christian Church, 9011 State Road 47, Crawfordsville. There also will be visitation from 2 p.m. until the time of the service Sunday, June 13 at the church. Pastor Dave Finch will officiate. Burial will follow at Old Union Waveland Cemetery, with military honors by the United States Navy and Byron Cox Post 72.
