Michelle Woods, an account specialist for Hoosier Heartland State Bank, is celebrating five years at the bank.
Woods began her career with HHSB as a customer service representative. She was promoted to her current universal banker role in August. As an account specialist, she can assist customers in opening accounts, cashing checks, applying for loans and more.
“Michelle is a huge asset to our Roachdale branch,” said Cody Hargis, retail sales manager at HHSB. “She enjoys meeting with our customers to help them with account and loan requests. In addition to providing great service, she plays a vital role in helping her teammates with any questions they may have.”
“It makes me happy to be a part of an organization that gives back to our community,” Woods said. “We have been able to help so many people and it is truly heartwarming! Every customer, as well as the employees, are treated like family and that’s a wonderful feeling.”
She lives in Roachdale with her daughter Shelby. Her hobbies include fishing, hunting and being outdoors. She enjoys spending time with family and going to truck and tractor pulls.
