Janet Clemens, 69, of Crawfordsville passed away Sunday, May 30, 2021, in her residence.
She was born June 3, 1951, at Indianapolis, to Huston and Betty (Finchum) Spear. She was raised by her Mamie (Margaret) and Pappy (John) Spear. She was married to Jack Clemens on Oct. 14, 1972, at Roachdale. He proceeded her in death.
She is survived by her children, Jenny (David Surber) Griffith of Crawfordsville, Joanna Clemens of Jamestown and Jennifer (Derek) Johnes of Brownsburg; step-son Ron Reeves of Crawfordsville; grandchildren, Ashley Griffith of Lebanon, Kyle Minear of Jamestown, Zachary and Seth Johnes of Brownsburg; and step-grandson Mitchel Reeves of Fishers.
She was a quiet lady who loved her family as well as the friends that graciously helped care for her. Cremation was chosen, with a celebration of life for family and friends at a later date and time. Sanders Priebe Funeral Care entrusted with care.
