Dani Kinkead, Lending Executive Assistant, is celebrating 10 years at HHSB.
Kinkead joined the team in 2015 as an Office Assistant for Hoosier Heartland Financial Services, where she was responsible for customer service and managing day-to-day operations. She helped lead the rebranding of HHFS to its current name, Hoosier Heartland Wealth Management. In 2021, she was promoted to her current role of Lending Executive Assistant. She supports the Chief Lending Officer and lending team by ensuring accurate information flow, maintaining loan quality standards, assisting in customer solutions, and coordinating efficient loan processing and closings.
“Dani is such an asset to HHSB and our lending team,” stated Trent Smaltz, HHSB’s Chief Lending Officer. “Her genuine care for our customers and her support for her teammates is evident. She is always willing to jump in and help where she can. We’re incredibly lucky to have her.”
With over 10 years of dedicated service, Kinkead has consistently gone above and beyond her role. She led HHSB’s breast cancer awareness efforts, organizing numerous fundraising and community events, and has been instrumental in supporting marketing events for the lending team and the bank as a whole. Her heart for service earned her recognition from her peers at HHSB’s Shared Values Awards, winning the 2018 Mission Award and the 2019 Values Award.
She and her husband Brad are lifelong residents of Montgomery County, currently residing in New Ross. They have been married for over 30 years and have two daughters and one grandson. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors, going to the beach, and spending time with family and friends.
