LaDonna Gail Berry, 65, of Roachdale passed away Monday, Nov. 18, 2019, surrounded by her family.
She was born May 31, 1954, at Greencastle, the daughter of Marion Eugene and Barbara (Judy) Smythe and was a 1972 graduate of South Putnam High School.
LaDonna worked at Franciscan Health Crawfordsville for 23 years in the emergency room as an EMT and ED Tech.
She married David E. Berry on May 16, 1975. He survives.
She is also survived by her daughters, Shannon Kinkead, Emily Berry (Fredie Hodson) and Stephanie Alcorn (Kyle); sister Cathy Taylor; four grandchildren, Grace and Brody Kinkead and Kensington and Sloane Alcorn; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister Linda Covert; and nephew Kevin Nauman.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 23 at Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home. Interment will follow at the Clinton Falls Cemetery. The family will receive friends 4-8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 22 at the funeral home.
