The children of Harvey and Carole (Bane) Barton are hosting a 60th wedding anniversary open house from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. April 12 at the Tannenbaum Center, 107 W. Spring St., Crawfordsville.
Harvey and Carole were married April 16, 1966, at Wingate. Harvey is retired from the Crawfordsville Police Department and Carole is retired from the county after working 15 years at the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and 11 years in the Montgomery County Auditor’s Office. They enjoy spending time with family, decorating for all of the holidays and their Golden Doddle, Snickers.
they have two children, Todd (Jamie) Barton, Crawfordsville, and Tricia (Todd) Keeling of Hillsboro. They also have five grandchildren, Adrienne (Mike) Jones, Kody (Lauren) Keeling, Tre (Janae Johns) Barton, Kyla (Jordan) Hollingsworth and Allyson Barton. They have three great-grandchildren, Hensli and Huntli Hollingsworth and Calvin Jones.
