Sheila Kay “MeMe” (Garrison) Hehmann, 67, of Kingman passed away Sunday, Dec. 5, 2021, at IU Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis.
She was born Aug. 2, 1954, at Crawfordsville, to the late Ralph and Grace (Fisher) Garrison.
MeMe graduated from Fountain Central High School in 1972. She was a loving mother and grandmother and worked in home healthcare for many years. She was a member of the Kingman Christian Church and Kingman American Legion Auxiliary. She loved sitting on her porch swing, going to her grandkids sporting events and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her son, Matthew “Slim” (Robin) Hehmann; two grandchildren, Brandon and Isaac Hehmann; granddaughter-in-law Hannah Tolbert; three great-grandchildren, Jay, Luke and Jaxson Lee Alan Hehmann; and nieces and nephews, Sohn (Cindy) Bowling, Johnny Bill (Amy) Bowling, Sam Bowling, Ralpha Burkhart and Davanna (Tim) Martin.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son Gary Hartman Hehmann; grandson Cody Lee Hehmann; two sisters, Iola Bowling and Karen Beeson; and great-nephew Darrick Beeson-Gossett.
Visitation will be from noon until the time of the funeral service at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 11 at Sanders Funeral Care, 203 S. First St., Kingman. Pastor Steve Crum will officiate. Burial will follow at Kingman Fraternal Cemetery.
