The Montgomery County KRAZY K-9’s is looking for 4-H County Fair Car Show sponsors.
The Montgomery County 4-H Fair is being held the week of July 10-15.
Last year’s car show was extremely successful with over 60 entries and this year appears that it will be even larger.
The proceeds from the entry fees go directly to the dog club to help with our equipment purchases and a future for a fenced in agility yard with a storage barn.
So, we are currently seeking sponsors for 2026 4-H Fair Car show to offset the costs of awards and participant T-shirts. We are also soliciting for door prize giveaways.
This is the following levels of sponsorship to fit specific budgets:
Gold Sponsor: $1,500
Covers all cost of the car show. Online advertisement/flyers, Awards and T-Shirts will have “Sponsored by (insert your name/logo here)” printed on front
Silver Sponsor: $800
Covers participant and volunteer T-shirts. T-shirts will have “Sponsored by (insert your name/logo here)” printed on front
Bronze Sponsor: $400
Covers all plaques and dash plaques (Best of Show, Top 30, Queen’s Choice). Awards will have “Sponsored by name/logo)” printed on front.
Platinum Sponsor: $200
“(sponsored by your name/logo here)” smaller on T-shirt along with other platinum level sponsors.
Friends of 4-H Sponsor: $100
“sponsored by (insert name/logo here) will be displayed on a poster at the awards table.
We love 4-H, Dogs and Cars Sponsor: $35
Name/Logo will be printed in our sponsor section in our Dog show program.
Door Prize Donors:
Any donation of goods or services that can be raffled off to our car show participants as door prizes to show our appreciation for supporting the Montgomery County 4H Fair and Dog Club.
(Services ideas could be a professional massage, hair cut, facial, car detailing and wash, guitar or piano lesson, small tattoo or piercing)
