Lakeside Book Company recognizes Sean MacNorton for achieving an extraordinary milestone: 35 years of dedicated service to the company on Friday.
MacNorton’s career at Lakeside began in 1991 as a material handler, a role held until 1997. Following this, he transitioned to EOL utility from 1997 to 2001. A brief period as a hoist driver in 2001 was followed by a return to EOL utility in 2002, where MacNorton has been a fixture ever since, demonstrating commitment and skill for the past two decades.
Outside of work, MacNorton enjoys spending time with companion Lisa Kalweit and their family, which includes children, Taylor Shepperd and Ali MacNorton, bonus son Gavin McKinney, and granddaughter Ivy. MacNorton is often found playing cards, watching exciting hockey games or attending concerts. He also is an active member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles.
