The identities of the three people killed Monday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash at C.R. 500S and C.R. 500E (Ladoga Road) have been released.

A press release issued Tuesday morning by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office provided the names of the victims and more details regarding the crash.

Deputies from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched at 1:35 p.m. Monday to a personal injury crash at the intersection of C.R. 500S and C.R. 500E (Ladoga Road).

Upon arrival, deputies located two vehicles off the roadway. Donna Bushong, 67, of Crawfordsville had been driving a 2013 Chrysler Town and Country minivan northbound on Ladoga Road. A preliminary investigation indicates Bushong failed to stop at the stop sign and struck a 2006 Honda Civic driven by Delaney Baker, 27, of Brownsburg. Baker had been traveling westbound on C.R. 500S. Susan J. Davis, 80, of Pittsboro was a passenger in Baker’s vehicle.

Bushong, Baker and Davis all were pronounced deceased at the scene.

An adult passenger in Bushong’s vehicle was transported to Franciscan Health Crawfordsville.

The crash remains under investigation and is being investigated by crash reconstructionist with the sheriff’s office. Anyone with information regarding the crash should contact Sgt. Jake Watson or Detective Jared Kirby at 765-362-3740.

The sheriff’s office was assisted at the scene by Crawfordsville Fire Department, Walnut Township Fire, Ladoga Fire Department, Montgomery County Coroner and Froedge’s Towning.
