Anthony “Tony” James Hobson, 75, of Waynetown passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at his home, surrounded by his family.

He was born Oct. 1, 1950, in Covington, to the late Arnold Lee and Ida Imogene (Walters) Hobson.

Tony will be remembered for his contagious laughter and vibrant personality. He had the ability to connect with others and make people laugh. There was never a dull moment when he was around. Tony enjoyed dancing and having a good time.
