James R. Rodgers, 67, of Russellville passed away Friday, May 15, 2026, at IU West Hospital in Avon.
Jim was born Nov. 8, 1958, in Crawfordsville, to James Alfred and Effie Marie (Young) Rodgers.
He was a 1978 graduate of North Putnam High School. Jim worked at RR Donnelley and was a member of the Crawfordsville Masonic Lodge. He was also an honorary member of the Byron Cox Post 72 Honor Guard.
Jim is survived by his niece, Raushell Gentry; his nephew, Nick Gentry; and his great-niece, Madalynn Gentry.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Julie Rodgers.
A graveside service will be held at noon Friday, May 22 at Hebron Cemetery, Russellville.
